Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel Hotel

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay at Sofitel. The room was beautifully decorated and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was professional and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast, both in the restaurant and in-room, was delicious. The hotel's location near the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe was ideal. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. the location was also very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.

Our initial room was disappointing. It was small and cramped, with a view of a not-so-pleasant sight.

The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower, could be improved to prevent water from spilling onto the floor.

We have just returned home from our recent stay at this luxurious hotel and we have to say, we were completely satisfied with our experience. the exclusive amenities provided in the room fulfilled all of our needs along with the special diet menus catered to us at the restaurant.

Although the location of the snack bar was very convenient, the service was a bit slow and could use some improvement.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cloud-like bed. The dinner menu at the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel's location was very central, close to the Eiffel Tower and with convenient access to the metro. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable bed, great cosmetics, good hair dryer, coffee machine in the room, very nice room design, welcome fruits. The room was very quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. Convenient location with many dining options nearby.
